Training and Education


Dressander|BHC represents more than 30 annuity companies and can give producers access to the top life insurance and annuity contracts in the industry.

Our employees receive significant training and education to perform their jobs effectively. We encourage and support them to continue developing their skills. We pay for our Marketing Consultants to obtain their life and healths licenses, and as appropriate, obtain FINRA securities licenses.

We provide sales coaching from both internal and external experts. We have a highly competitive compensation plan, based on base salary and bonuses, as well as full employee benefits including a 401(k) plan. Plus, there are numerous opportunities for employees to increase their annual income by:

  • Participating in DBHC contests throughout the year
  • Achieving milestones on our escalating revenue grid
  • Earning end-of-year bonuses
  • Qualifying to attend incentive trips hosted by carriers

We provide our Marketing Consultants with the tools and resources they need to be successful. At the foundation of their success is the access they have to our large agent lead database and our multi-faceted lead generation system.
